The two ways to create PDF file

There’s two ways to create PDF files using PrimoPDF, by dragging and dropping files, or using the Print dialog inside an application.

1. Drag and drop PDF creation

To convert a file to PDF, drag and drop the file on the PrimoPDF desktop icon. Primo will convert and save the PDF version in the folder where the original file is located.

2. Create straight from an application

If you’re working on a file (e.g. in Microsoft Word) and want to convert it straight from there, you can do so using Primo’s “print to PDF” functionality. Just open the Print dialog (Ctrl+P), select PrimoPDF as your printer, and click Print.

Create different kinds of PDF files

It’s easy to make different kinds of PDF files based on your needs. Just double click on the PrimoPDF icon on your desktop and update the settings to your liking.
